William Knight has been studying historical mixology for over a decade, spanning drinks from the 17th century to the present. For the past several years he has been combining this with his interest in and passion for the social and cultural history of the early American Republic. He is particularly excited to talk about both in the Hudson Valley, the birthplace of the cocktail.
